All preparations are vegetarian and made fresh in our certified kitchen. Our ingredients are local and organic whenever possible, and always free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

          Kale, onion, potatoes, kidney beans, tomatoes, garlic, spices, Braggs liquid aminos gluten-free soy                    sauce.

Half batches are available for soups, salads and platters. Please request additional items such as beverages, salad dressing, butter, or any other store products.

We can supply plastic soup spoons, forks, napkins and paper bowls if needed.

Pre-payment is required for deli catering orders.  Orders will be available for pick-up on the morning of your event.  All returnable containers are to be brought back to the store within one week.
